Al the chains I could find didn't have enough clearance for the tolerance of my printer and/or had end parts that needed bolting down. I prefer snap-on. I have a 3D printer so I want to use as little non printed parts as possible.
The only parts that need to be printed with supports are the start and end of the chain.
The bed end is designed for 7mm acrylic. It snaps on the side of the bed.
The frame end is designed for the standard T-slot aluminium extrusion and snaps in the groove. It might need some convincing.
For now there are only end pieces for the Y-axis. If requested I will design end pieces for the X- and Z-directions as well.
