This is my vision of a dragon egg. It's quite large, about 10 inches (250 mm) tall. There are 17 rows of 13 scales.

I've included three versions:

Dragon Egg = Hollow with an open bottom.

Dragon Egg _ Hollow = Hollow with a closed bottom.

Dragon Egg _ Solid = Solid egg.

I haven't tried to print this one yet. I just don't think my printer would do a good job with either the size or detail.

I'd love to see one of you out there print this.

Benötigt Dragon Egg Stützstrukturen beim Drucken?

Ja, Dragon Egg braucht wahrscheinlich Stützen für die Überhänge. Baum-Supports lassen sich danach am einfachsten entfernen.
