Dragon Scale Tileable Wall Art

I designed this tileable scale wall art that uses a magnetic baseplate and standard “scale” model. All sides on the scale and baseplate are the same length so they can be chained together to get different patterns and shapes. I also designed it to use minimal material. The scales print with 0% infill and only 2 perimeters. This both makes the scales very light so the magnets can hold them up well, but also saves a lot of material as well. For sticking them to the wall, I used simple command strips that were cut into small pieces. The baseplates and scales weight very little, so it does not require much. For printing, the baseplate should be printed flat on the bed, while the scale should be printed standing upright with the widest side on the build plate. Enjoy and let your creativity run wild!
