Drain Rod fitting thread

I wanted to clean my guttering and bought a drain scraper .. basically a 4" disc cut in half but it has a Drain rod fitting..so-called Universal screw 3/4"

I already had an extendible plastic rod from a window cleaning kit.. it has a tapered screw....

Hmmmm.. I could not find a thread to fit this fitting so I made my own end with a reasonably good thread that fits the drain rod thread.. (that can be adapted to anything you want...) but also put the thread on another tapered hole. I glued the tapered end to the Extending rod i had.

The threaded end may be useful to someone
