Drawer Front Bracket Sheerglide 90mm

This is a replacement part for a broken bracket on a kitchen drawer front.
The original part was labelled " Sheerglide 90mm" and was manufactured by a British company called "LB Plastics LTD".

The part held the drawer front in place using plastic clips that had broken due to wear and age.

I designed the replacements using Tinkercad and made them solid so they can be secured by screws instead of the original clips.

There are two parts, a left and right version.

I made the first bracket using white PLA and the second with PETG. Both work okay although the PETG may be more durable over time.

Print using 100% infill, screw it onto the wooden drawer front using the original screws, hold the drawer side in place while drilling two small (2mm diameter) holes through the outer side of plastic drawer side piece into the bracket and then secure with two small self-tapping screws.
