I have a friend. This friend has a kitchen, with many broken handles. She loves skulls. So I added 2 and 2 together and BAM, I have a handle with a skull!
I've printed this on my shitty CR10-v2, as you can clearly see.
Handles have slits, not holes, so they can replace many different handles. They can accomodate mounting holes that are from 93-145 mm. Screws I'd recommend are 3 mm wood screws (generally ones with hefty threads, so woodscrews, metal screws - or bolts - are not recommended) with the length dependant on the thinkness of the drawer.
Settings I'd use:
-infill - 10-20% (generally 20% would be better for rigidity)
-brim - if your prints have a tendency to warp, then yes,
-supports - doesn't matter. I've printed those without supports (then the handle arc will be a but ugly), but you can add them for the main arc of the handle. On auto settings Orca added some for the skull as well, which are totally unnecessary.
I'd reccomend printing this in ABS if You want it to last more.
