This is a mount for a [Topsky 3-stage standing desk controller](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09DY37YSP).
It accepts threaded inserts for 3mm machine screws to attach the controller.
It also has a hole for a [dimmer switch](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Y2XC225), which I use for monitor backlights.
