The body of the bench mount was designed in two parts mostly because it was too long for my PrintrBot Play. But also to work around printing supports. By printing the parts vertically there is no need for supports. Once printed the parts can be glued together.
One other part is necessary, an adaptor to replace the threaded cover. The adaptor was designed by Nikolai Zoller: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1232949
I originally thought I would work the adaptor into my project but decided that trying to thread the Dremel on to the mount would be next to impossible. So, instead, the adaptor is threaded on to the Dremel and then the tool slides snuggly into the opening in the mount.
I designed screw holes for fastening the mount to your bench or a board and a slot in the base to accommodate a hook-and-loop strap or zip tie.
