Dremel Bit Box

This is a Dremel bit holder for 44 bits. The holes are spaced close together so if you have smaller bits like me, they can all fit in a compact case, or you can space out bigger bits and carry less. I had problems with the lid getting stuck on the case so I made the clearance between the lid and the holder .025" If you have any experience designing boxes with lids, please message me. I am very interested in learning how to make better boxes. The holes sizes are 9/64". The holes are made 1/64" bigger than the shank
size they were designed for, 1/8" shanks.

Update: I made the box and the lid fits, but does slides off easily. I would recommend designing a closer fit. I will upload my newer design when I complete it.

Update 12/2/17: I have designed another bottom to the holder so the lid should fit better. The base gets larger until it is the same size as the Lid. This is the Dremel Bit holder 3. It is to be used with the dremel bit holder 2 lid
