dremel shaft coupler

The stock coupler broke. You can buy a new one, but what's the fun in that?

Printed for strongness. Used PLA over PETG for strenght. Also reduced the fan speed to 15%. No fan was to messy for the internal teeth.

I first designed it with the correct dimentions for the teeth, but with the low fan speed the teeth where to big.

My advice is to print the file in 98% 100% and 102% for only a few mm and check which will fit your dremel best.

For me a 98% fitted nice.

Now lets see if the PLA will hold.

The PLA version did oke, but after a long run cutting steel the PLA coupler melted by the motor. So I rerinted it in PETG.
