Drill bit sharpener for "generic" rotary tool

Remix of the Drill bit sharpener with relief angle by pscrespo, which is remix of the MGX's drill bit sharpener, to use whith chinesse rotary tool with 16,8 mm in external diameter thread.

Due its low price, this rotary tool is very common, but the thread to attach accessories is smaller than the Dremel one.
