This is a drill guide, similar to the CAMO never-miss guide, for hidden fastener decking installation.
The provided peg is for typical 3/16" spacing. You'll need to scale the bottom portion if your desired board spacing differs.
The drill hole should be close to the fit of most long star bits used with hidden fasteners. You may need to enlarge the hole slightly with a standard drill bit in order to match your fastener bit. Just make sure to print with sufficient wall thickness to accommodate enlarging this hole afterwards.
