Drill Jigs for Affordaplane

Initial set of drill jigs to support the Affordaplane construction. These are shown in HomebuiltHelp Youtube series (https://www.youtube.com/user/HomebuiltHELP). The jigs start in part 6.

At present the files are:

JigDrillSupports_1inch - Drill guide for 1 inch tube
JigDrillSupports_7-8inch - Drill guide for 7/8 inch tube

JigLongeronSupports - Drill guide for 1 inch tube used in rear longeron diagonals. The block is widened to 2" to fit snugly between the gusset plates

GearRodSupport - Guide to hold the round solid rod in the landing gear cross tube assembly in place inside the square tube (holding it top and center) for accurate pilot hole drilling. This may appear in video 7.


Printing is fairly simple:
PLA
20% infill
No supports needed
No special skirts or brims
