I liked Sungod3k design but i had to use a vice to hold in place while the drill ran, so I made a more substantial assembly and used a 608 bearing to maintain the drill bit centered in the assembly, for the time being the trigger part needs to be held down with a Velcro strap but I'll look to address this short coming in the coming weeks.
Also unlike Sungod3k design mine is only for 1.75mm filament as this is the only size I run I have also put multiple feed holes and made sure the output is complete clear along the flute length so the drill can be run in any direction.
The reason for multiple holes, is i discovered that the hole on the drill bit side start to widen out as it is in use, but if you have access to simplify 3d you use a process change and use more permiters to strengthen this section, it works on most drills but I did design it to work on Makita drills but as you can see in the picture it also works on Black and Decker handyman drills.
But make sure you use a nic
