Drill Press Crank Handle

This is a crank handle replacement for a Jet drill press. The teeth of the original handle have worn out over the years so a made a new one. The model is almost identical, but two changes were made to adapt the design for 3D printing. The curve at the end has been removed for several reasons, but mainly to minimize supports and achieve a cleaner look. Also, the teeth inside the head has been replace with an hexagonal shape to improve the strength and the grip on the drill press. Engineering filaments should give better results, but PETG and ABS can also be used. If possible, opt for a fiber reinforced filament such has PETG-CF o
