V2 introduces several structural and assembly changes over the original design.
Handle added — improves operator control and reduces vibration transfer during drilling
Dual linkage arm system — a second parallel arm was introduced to increase lateral rigidity and minimize play in the Z-axis travel
Nut groove repositioned — corrected the slot geometry on the Dremel upper holder to ensure proper retention and eliminate axial float
Shaft-free fixation — linkage arm attachment was redesigned from a groove-and-retaining-ring system to standard bolt connections, removing the dependency on a grooving machine or custom shaft fabrication
Tolerance note — verify clearances against your own printer calibration and filament characteristics before printing. Shrinkage varies — what fits in PETG may bind in PLA
