This is a customizable Shelf Pin Jig for drilling machines.
Default settings are for 5mm pins, 32mm hole-hole and 37mm hole-edge distance (for version with fence).
Design is for ball bearings or guide bushings to reenforce and guide the drill path.
Can be printed with and without fence.
Notes:
- Don't set bearing/bushing cut-out diameter too tight. Material my bend - especially on flat (no fence) version. You might need to experiment here.
- On use: Requires tight clamping on the workpiece. The drill tends to move the jig.
- Don't forget the depth stop when drilling ;-)
