This design is inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3177276 but much smaller.

I printed eveything at 0.1mm but the inserts can also be printed at 0.2mm-

The 8mm insert is a bit tricky to print - use a large Brim to make sure it will print OK.
You could also print Part A&B and the 6mm insert at 133% size to get a 8mm stop.
Printing the 8mm stop at 125% should give you a 10mm stop.
