It's a drink water pump adapter for smaller thread.
The pump is for the 5 gallon bottle, it has an adapter for smaller 5 liter bottles. Such as Żywiec 5 liter bottles. But there are also available 5 or 6 liter bottles with even smaller thread c.a. 34,5mm inner, 36,5mm outher diameter.
