Drip Irrigation Nozzle v4 (Line-End and In-Line)This is the fourth generation of my irrigation dripper design for low-pressure hobby irrigation systems (i.e. with a small water-tank or a big bottle). It is designed to drip fairly slowly so that the water reservoir holds out longer but it still keeps the ground moist all the time even on very hot days. The slow but constant influx of water creates a big water-bubble below the surface over time so that a single dripper can sustain almost a square meter of planting. The design is very simplistic and relies on the rubber hose to partially obstruct a small groove in the cylinder that is shoved into the hose. The cylinder is slightly wider than the hose's internal diameter so it creates a very tight fit. When I tested this design I was surprised how well it works.
