My first Droid concept inspred by BigBangCollectibles on Etsy. Link below



Print @ 125% for best tolerances. Less accurate machines should go larger.
Print Disc with large s1de down Use supports if necessary. ( Cura users should use adaptive layers 0.08 layer height, 0.08 max variation, 0.04 step size.
Print head with same settings
Print test of Tires and wheels. 5mm height is enough. Adjust if necessary. Layer height 0.12 for both adaptive layer not needed.

12 pieces total. About 6 to 8 hours prints time.

Update: 8/8/19
Added smaller wheel and a race to allow for rubber/TPU tires.
