Drop in MLOK Handguards

***UPDATE*** I added two additional STL files that include some ribs for added strength as well as aesthetics for those who like the look of the traditional M4 smooth handguards. I have printed these out of PLA and they work perfectly for M-Lok attachments. The top rail is still perfectly flush with any standard upper receiver.

This is a drop-in (clamshell) style handguard that perfectly fits a carbine length M4/AR15. I wanted a slim handguard that had usable MLOK slots and could not find one that did not require converting the rifle to a free float system so I created it.

I printed using PLA, Nozzle temp 210, bed temp 65, Supports, and 25% infill.
I would suggest increasing the infill percent for a more durable part but the 25% is pretty good if you want a faster print.
