I don't have a finished basement, but have been working out of it and wanted to upgrade my lighting, so I designed this to work with the recessed light listed below. The hottest operation temp I've observed is only 40°C which is low enough for PETG to retain it's strength and should hold up just fine. Pretty straight forward setup.
