Drop spindle with interchangeable whorls

Even a classic tool with a long history of use can now be created using 3D printing. Everyone can try out how sheep wool was spun in ancient times. I offer a model of a spindle with interchangeable whorls for download. The size of the whorl and thus the weight of the entire spindle can be adjusted according to the material being spun and the thickness of the resulting fiber. In the print profile, the whorl fill is set to 50% due to the higher weight. If necessary, the fill can be adjusted to a higher value before printing. The higher the weight of the whorl, the greater the inertia. The spindle then spins better and longer. The spindle hook is removable so that it can be replaced in case of damage.   A color printer is an advantage, but the model can also be printed on a single color printer. The colors alternate only in the three layers, so there are not many filament changes. Don't forget to check out my other models too.
