Dry Box Hanger with Hydrometer mount

This is base on Dry Box Spool holder design by Bertowen https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5535560 with some modification. It relocated the hydrometer mount to the top of the box, added some space to the bearing mount of the spool holder so it can be easy to install the 608ZZ bearing, a small spacer at the bearing washer.
it require M4x12 x12pcs to mount the hanger and bearing washer.
