Drying rack / laundry horse clip

Simple clip to keep the drying rack side frames together while hanging or standing it to store. Prevents side frames from falling down and driving You crazy. One of the circles is "fuller" to hold better to a tube, the other is a bit smaller to make clipping / unclipping easier.
