Drying rack repair part

This is a part that broke on my drying rack.
I tried design it the best I could.
I have included the Fusion 360 file so you can make it better.

Update: I have added the little U shape holder as requested by user. Note that I didn't try to print those so tell me if it works or needs adjustments. I also added the little lock piece (also untested)
