Dual mode VAWT

Still a work in progress, I have one blade's 3 segments all glued up, many days of printing to go. next is 2 coats of epoxy resin and sanding. After the blades, I'm making a new core and supports to add an internal Savonious section in the center for better starting torque, stay tuned for more updated. Segments 1, 2 and 3 are directly from the original model converted to .stl files in FreeCAD
