Dual Yanagi Case

A dual case for Yanagi kitchen knives. I found these a a thrift store and they didn't have a case and i wanted to keep them together as brothers lol, so i made these crude yet functional cases that house them both. I carefully removed the old wooden handles cuz they were gross and there was all this black stuff underneath and i didnt want to prep any food till i knew it was sanitary. I made a handle If you want to use the handle, print it along with yanagi case A & B, but both knives won't fit into the case anymore. Perfect for if you only have one yanagi though :) I left the handles off so they could both fit in the case. I had to thermoform the outer case by inserting the second knife in as far as it could go and then pour boiling water from a tea kettle over it as i wiggled it in further until it fit in the case. Be very careful not to let the blade slip, and make sure cases are super glued very well and dried fully before this step.
