Dualstrusion Solid Recycle Center Plaques

While the flexibility of my previous design for sliding plaques is nice, it turns out that what I really need is solidity more than flexibility. Particularly since ABS gets brittle in the cold and can snap off. So I redesigned these to use my dualstrusion printer capabilities (instead of the "print in one color, stop the print, switch filament, resume" fake dualstrusion I used last time since my printer then didn't have dualstrusion), and made them shorter vertically, so they won't have anything hanging below the 2x4 to which they're affixed. That way, once affixed, they're less likely to be broken off, like some of the old ones were this winter.
