Dub to BB86 bottom bracket adapter

Adapter to go from Dub bearings to BB86/BB92 spindle (shimano cranks)

This is only a proof of concept, and created as a temporary measure until a proper BB86 bottom bracket arribes.

There are 2 options, either you can use the 2 small sleeves at each end of the crank or the single piece sleeve, which allows running with a smaller Q-factor
