Ducted heating vent repairs

One of my ducted heating vents wasn't closing the baffle and I found that the gear that does this action was broken and missing. There was also a missing lug from the shaft that holds the baffle. I designed and created a new lug for the baffle shaft and a cog gear that fits in place of the old gear and you need to get m6 bolt to connect the knob and the gear. I had to file a small amount from the part that locates on the vent to clear the m6 bolt. You then use the knob part on the head of the bolt and this acts as the push button centre piece where the old gear was located and the key makes it all work easily. It works better than my other factory vents now I have the key. You can print all parts as displayed in part list with no supports. Please post a make!
