Duel 6 Gamepad

This gamepad is designed specifically for playing Duel 6 Reloaded (http://www.ondrej-danek.net/cs/projekty/duel-6-reloaded). Regular gamepads were not able to provide enough durability and reliability during our intensive game sessions. I took the opportunity to also improve button layout to better fit into some aspects of the game.

Note:
- This is still WIP. I plan to improve mainly ergonomy, but there's a chance that next version will use some kind of wireless connection instead of USB cable.
- Source files for Fusion 360 are attached. If you like the design but doesn't fit into your favourite game, feel free to customize any way you want.
