What is it?

A case to fit to a Duet wifi to an 2020 extrusion with a 120mm or 80mm fan on top. It has two holes for M5 screws to directly screw on to a 2020 extrusion. There are loops that hold in excess stepper cable and you can tuck extra sensor and fan wires under the board. Use M3 screws in the printed standoffs to secure the Duet.

What is it not?

While I believe this solution is fine for 90% of the people who use a Duet (with currents around 1000mA), for optimal cooling the Duet will need to be cooled from the rear. I will see if I can improve my design in the future. I've been running this setup for 8 months with 1100mA driver current and have had no issues.
