Dumbbell Quick Release 30mm

This is a dumbbell quick release designed for keeping light (!) weights from sliding off the bar.

The nice thing about them is, that they can be easily clipped on in just a second. They are not as tedious to mount as traditional lock nuts.

I also glued a piece of rubber on the flat surface, which adds more resistance to turning the quick release on the bar.
