A dumbbell weight rack I designed for 4 sets of dumbbells. Most dumbbell sets up to at least 10 lbs. should fit. I printed from ABS using parameters of 0.2mm layer, 3 walls and 15% infill, which gave me sufficient strength for 2, 5, 8 and 10 lbs dumbbell sets. Materials such as ASA, PA and PC should also work, but I'm not sure PLA or PETG would have the strength. No supports are needed. The top piece has limited bed contact area, but I was able to print without a brim. If you have any issues with bed adhesion, you might consider a brim for the top section. The top section has a taper on the bottom to align with the bottom section, so some extra clean up might be needed if you end up using a brim to get a good fit with the bottom section. I used E6000 glue to join the two sections. CA glue should also work, but I chose the E6000 because I know the solvent in this glue does soften ABS and I think it provides more joint filling than CA glue.
