Dummy 13 Cape

It is a cape for dummy 13 that fits around it's neck. There is an option with and without a hole. The one without is more aesthetically pleasing, but the one with the hole allows back accessories to be in at the same time as the cape. You have to take off the head before you put on the cape.Boost Meboost :)
