Dummy 13 Conical Hat

This is a Conical hat made for the Dummy 13. Nothing too fancy about it and it takes less then 15 minutes! If you have any better ideas please comment down below and comment what else yall would like to see! I plan on making different generational weapons for the Dummy 13 next!
