Dummy 13 Santa Hat

This Santa hat that fits snuggly on the Dummy 13 head. I included files for the smooth version and the fuzzy one. I remixed this because I could not find a suitable hat for my Dummy-Elf on the Shelf. I put the color changes at 28 and 124 for the fuzzy and 27 and 126 for the smooth. YMMV
