Dummy 13 Top Hat

This is my first submission to Maker World, and it is a clever little Top Hat for the Dummy13 Model. Please provide any feedback of how I could design better or if there are any other creations that you would like to see! also this is a remix of the Dummy 13 v1.0 model.
