Dummy handle spindle for closets

I needed “Dummy” handles for a closet and wanted them to match the other doors. So I disassembled a set of lever door handle and reused the trim parts with ball bearing latches. The brand of this particular one was Opaz, so it should fit if you can buy that same brand, but I'm pretty sure it's just a generic white label product. The holes are for 8-32 screws and nuts.
