I design it for nothing or maybe just for fun. My friend said it looks like a fortune mascot or a fortune cat but I like to name it dummybot.
It can be printed without support. And a ordinary 608 bearing you left from making Fidget Spinner is needed for spinning dummybot's head.
0.3 mm layer height is what I chose and it seems ok.
