I found this the best solution as even a .1mm clearance did not join together securely. If you plan to print parts separately and join them afterward, try the test coin first.The “full card” print will join the frame together and can not be separated. Assembling the card (if printed separately):- Join the Truck and Bucket cards from the outside key (press fit) to the inside key (snap fit) in.- A flat surface is handy for this [ plus the test key can act as a tool to help your thumbs 😉]- Lastly press or snap the Wheel card to the first two cards and use a flat surface again to level the parts if needed.> Given the “break-away” nature of kit cards it may be best to let your build plate cool before removing, and or flexing your build plate diagonall
