Duplicator 6 BLTouch Mount

BLTouch mount for the Duplicator 6.

I used the holes for the bearing set screw to hold the mount. Use M3x8 or M3x10 screws to mount to print head.

I have added example configurations to marlin mainline for the standard Duplicator 6 that can be modified to add BLTouch support if you want the latest and greatest version of Marlin. Compare Configuration.h, Configuration_adv.h, and pins_ULTIMAIN_2.h from my fork for the changes.

Note: the BLTouch is wired to both the z limit connector and analog connector. Power is from the analog connector pins 2 and 3,
