Duplicator i3 Y-axis tool

Caution - use this at your own risk! May end up distorting your calibration.

This is a tool I used for calibrating my Y-axis rods on my Wanhao Duplicator i3. The idea is that I have a totally flat surface - and by loosening the rods and then inserting 4 of these jigs (1 under each rod end) I could get the rods calibrated to my perfectly level base and thus leveled in general.

It worked (had troubles with the front right corner not being able to get leveled) for me!

Print 4 of this.
Loosen the rods and insert one jig at each side under the Y-axis rods.
Work on one rod at a time. Apply gentle pressure on the rod and tighten each side bit by bit.
Repeat for the other rod.
Redo your bed levelling.
