Dust Boot for CNC router

This is a dust boot that I built for my Shapeoko CNC router. It fits on the Carbide or Makita spindles. I used a 1 7/8" Rigid vacuum hose from Home Depot that fits in as a press fitting. The hose can be cut to length and then it has a rubber fitting that can be screwed back on at any point on the hose.

I ordered the brush from amazon. It fits tightly into tabs on the dust boot and I used some hot glue to help secure it.

You will also need 2 M4 X 20 and 2 M5 X 12 socket cap screws and corresponding nuts to put it together
