Dust Collection Duct Wall & Ceiling Mount

This fully parametric wall and ceiling mount system was designed in Autodesk Fusion. This modle was tested with 5", 6", or 7" duct. You can try other sizes or adjust fit as you need. Wall Mount The wall bracket is built around M5 x 25mm cap head bolts and M5 nuts for a solid, rattle-free clamp. For mounting to a board, it uses M5 T-nuts for a clean, recessed fastener that won't back out over time. Ceiling Mount The ceiling version uses an M10 threaded insert pressed into the print, paired with standard M10 threaded rod. This lets you set the drop height exactly where you need it. Parametric Design The model was designed from the ground up to be parametric in Fusion, so resizing for different duct diameters is straightforward. The default model is sized for 5" duct, but 6" and 7" variants have been tested and work great.
