I bought a [Sipeed 6+1 mic array](https://www.seeedstudio.com/Sipeed-6-1-Microphone-Array-for-Dock-Go-Bit-p-2875.html) from Seeedstudio, to experiment with embedded speech processing.
I wanted to make sure my MEMS microphones are safe from dust, so I designed and 3d printed a dust cover, I covered the mic holes with a microfiber cloth, but I think any other not too thick cloth or thin foam sheet will do the job.
I haven't wired up the system, so i don't know how the cover affect the sensitivity of the microphones. The cover has two tabs so it snaps on the PCB. I printed the cover with clear PLA plastic, for the RGB leds to shine trough.
The current design has a tiny flaw: the cover is not self centering, but it also doesn't have much room for movement, so it's not a big problem I think; if you are interested in a better version let me know and I'll try to design one.
