I felt the need to create a single storage unit that could hold my DC35, 3 attachments and the main floor tool. I started with the two thingiverse items listed and remixed them using Onshape to create this model.
My 3d printer bed (voxlab aquila) is not big enough to print the top in one piece, so I had to split it and then glue together (I use Gorilla clear 5min clear epoxy). If you have a bigger bed the top can be printed as a single piece (both options included).
Note the photos show an earlier version. I realised the LHS of the top had a lot of unnecessary filament so redesigned it. However, the first version worked so I didnt reprint!
The hanging bracket component could have been printed in one piece but would have needed a lot of support material, so this was also split into two so that supports are not needed.
I realised that the various dyson attachments had slightly different internal diameters, so I've made the posts on the top a standard 25mm diameter and incl
