Dyson v11 Tool Rack - Snap Fit Insert

Increases the number of attachments you can hold in the included docking station from 2 to a max of 6. This adapter is a tool-less, easy to install part. No print supports needed and I printed with PLA. The part pictured is the "right" labeled model. The "left" labeled model is the same but mirrored.

I created a L-shaped cantilever snap fit to lock the rack into the docking station. This helps with added strength and easy printing. For added support, I over-extend the snap fit to help hold the part securely in the docking station. You can also do this by bending the L-shaped snap fit while the part is still warm after the print is complete. Hold the snap fit in the extended position for a few seconds as the part cools down and the piece will remain in the extended position.

I own a Dyson v11 and tested it. Part should also work with v7, v8, v10, and v11.
